George and I went to see Breakfast at Tiffany's the other day. It was a bit of last minute thing, and we were told that only a box or restricted view seats were available. We opted for the box, and I assumed that only half the stage would be visible as a result. I mentioned this to George, and she expressed the hope that this would be the section of the stage in which Anna Friel would be located when she shed her clothes. Happily this turned out not to be the case. In fact, we had the best view in the house. Unobstructed Friel notwithstanding, the play was good, but it had no Westies in it, so this photograph is better.
